I would like to take a break from my usual business like blog and ask all of my readers to please step back from your demanding job and try to join me in taking a deep breath, looking at our accomplishments and picturing the faces of the people we love.  The entertainment industry has taken quite a hit this month, Michael Jackson, Ed McMahon, Farra Fawcett, Fred Travalina, Steve McNair and I may have missed some, with no disrespect.  But how about the names that will never be publicly proclaimed; your Dad, your Mom, your Grandparent, your friend.  Life is short, life is precious. Some of us hear bad news or experience pain and believe that we must make a change, unfortunately sometimes we take the position that "life goes on" and it does, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't attempt to make a change.  If we continue to sweat the small stuff, it rubs off, you take it home, you pass it on, your family see's it, your friends feel it and you probably will die from it. Why? For a commission? For a promotion?  If you do the best you can with every customer and go the extra mile everytime, isn't that good enough? Sometimes you just can't pull it off, no matter how good you are; that doesn't mean you failed, it means welcome to the business world, you can't control it.  I personally no longer work with clients that put unreasonable demands on me because I know how hard I work.  If they tell me someone else is offering quicker service or lower price's I wish them well. Oh and by the way, I usually see them again apologizing because it didn't turn out the way they were told, or should I say "sold".  Stay true! Stay strong! Do the the right thing all the time and give your spouse, children, parents, significant other, a big kiss and hug...right now!

P.S. I am sorry if I haven't  returned all emails (over 100) the long weekend has me a bit behind and I am trying to catch up.  I will respond to all your questions and concerns this week.
